The SYC 42nd Annual Invitational Regatta is set for November 10 and 11, 2023. The event will feature opportunities for sailors of all ages and boats of all sizes! Friday evening sailors will meet at the Club for the Skipper's Meeting and Opening Night Party. On Saturday morning and afternoon the races take place on Sarasota Bay for all fleets. After the regatta, sailors will gather at SYC for a pig roast dinner and awards ceremony. Registration will be available on Regatta Network. Stay tuned for more details!

USODA Team Race Midwinter Championship Regatta

On January 14-16, 2023 Optimist sailors from around the U.S. took over Sarasota Bay for three days of competitive team racing. This regatta was a qualifier for the 2023 Trofeo Marco Rizzotti in Venice, Italy. We are honored to have hosted this esteemed youth sailing event in Sarasota for the third consecutive year.
